Leadership Delivering Results for Our Community

Since moving to Trophy Club in 2010, I've continuously been involved with several volunteer organizations and the public service sector, to include Wounded Warriors, Fallen Soldiers' Families, Snowball Express and Skyball. I've been a small business owner for many years, while at the same time, flying as a Pilot for the largest airline in the world since 1998, where I hold type ratings for the MD-80, B737, B757, B767 and B787. I've held various committee positions for my Pilot's Union (currently serving on the National Aeromedical Committee, with a focus on Critical Incident and Response Management) and mentor young girls and minorities in the aviation industry.  In addition, I was an Executive Board Member for Beck and Medlin PTAs and presently serve on the Executive Board for BNHS PTSA. I've been Team Mom for many a season of Bobcat Football and Baseball and am currently Vice President of the BNHS Wrestling Booster Club and an active member of the BNHS Football Booster Club.

I served as a board member for the Town of Trophy Club Crime Control & Prevention District, before being elected to my present position on Trophy Club Town Council as Council Member-Place 1 in 2017. My organization, HOPE KINDNESS COMMUNITY (HKC) works with our local schools, our community and our Town in order to spread awareness for mental health, suicide prevention and anti-bullying. I am also proud to be a Charter Member of Trophy Club Rotary.

I grew up as a “Georgia Farm Girl” and enjoy the outdoors with my family…camping, fishing, and yes, even hunting! I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Institute of Technology and two Master of Science degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.  No stranger to business and the corporate world, I helped start-up a successful airline, that later on became a part of Southwest Airlines, I owned and operated a top-producing award-winning franchise for eight years and co-founded an ad agency with large corporations as clients.

I believe I have a calling to service and I’m excited to further serve my community by running for Mayor. Trophy Club is truly a great place to call home…I want to do my part to help keep it that way.
